Yesterday it was my brother 's birthday. He told me that he saw a beautiful tracksuit and trainers in a sports shop in the city center. He wanted that, so I bought it for him.
This morning, I was going to the shop, when a man, who I don't knowt, told me: Those are the tracksuit and trainers that your brother wants!
I don't know why, but I think that was true, and I bought it.
Today, I gave it to my brother, and he was very happy.
So, how does this man know what my brother wants?

Gemma is a good and affectionate mother of two children. It was 12 o'clock at night and her daughter Alma wasn't there yet . Gemma put the news and they said: "young girl dies after being trapped and four people have serious injuries". At the end of the news they said that the name of the deceased was Alma. She was crying, she couldn't believe what it was said, it was her child. Gemma looked at her telephone and saw a message from her daughter, asking her forgiveness for not saying anything she had done. She never forgot the message from her daughter.

The flavour of nothing

I was going for a walk, during my holidays, when I thought about going to a restaurant. In that moment, I saw a restaurant called "The flavour of nothing". I felt curiosity and I came into it. There, a waiter, without asking me what I wanted to eat or drink, put a plate on the table. Empty. Or that is what I thought.

Playing my guitar
I play my guitar everyday. When I was playing the guitar last Tuesday, I heard a strange noise.
The mirror of the bathroom was broken. I was home alone  and I was very scared.
I didn't know why I heard this noise and I looked in every room in my house and when I arrived to the bathroom, I saw that the mirror was broken. I didn't think that the mirror was broken before, the mirror was new and I heard another noise,I hadn’t heard before. I was surprised.
Actually, my family and I don't know why the mirror broke and why it did in that moment.
We think that it was chance.

One day, my friend from Sweden, sent me a letter. He said I would receive a great surprise, but he couldn’t tell me more. I was excited, but I was very nervous. Two days later, he sent me another letter. He said he had a big problem. I wanted to help him, but I didn’t know any more. The next day, when I got up, he was sitting on the sofa and he said me ``this is your surprise´´.

The fair of Saint Domingo de Guzmán

The fair of Saint Domingo de Guzmán, in Jauja, is around July or August (in summer), it lasts one week.
In that week, lots of people are in the street all day and all night too.
During the day, people go to pubs and cafés, and during the night, some people enjoy the attractions, and the rest are eating and dancing in the "caseta municipal" or municipal tent.
Thursday is the day of "Pescaito frito" or fried fish. In this day, all people stay in the "caseta" and eat fish. You pay for a drink and the fish is free.
There is a contest for people who wear "trajes de gitana" or gypsy costumes. The winner wins 100 euros.
In that fair, there is also a beauty contest for Miss and Mister, and they win money and a poster for themselves.
